As a topping I used what I had in the fridge plus some asparagus I bought at our local s’market (couldn’t resist!)

Last week I batch cooked all the tomatoes left on our vines, added red onions and loads of basil - excessive, but it grows so well here.

This was the base then I piled on rocket - again, found everywhere here, & endive & left-over beetroot, spring onions. .
Asparagus, no bee...
