The “Open Yoga Journal” project started in 2015 by three enthusiasts and grew into a team of over 20 members, this excluding numerous authors. The Journal has issued over 150 articles. You can read the articles here.
The articles are written by the Open Yoga students and non-degree students. They touch upon the subjects, which have been studied in IOYU, and they are written in simple words with real life examples, using quotes by famous people and terms from different areas of activity.
